When to make a contract
All printing, web, other projects except name card design / printing.
After submitting a quotation and when we get order from the customer online/offline, start creating a contract based on the quotation submitted.
How to make a contract
Use the template and duplicate the file to make a contract. Do not overwrite the template.
Collect and add customer information as below:
Company Name
Address
Representative’s full name
Title
Tel
Bank Account Number
Name of the bank - Name of the branch
Tax Code
After filled, share the contract and send to the customer to check.
After confirmed, print 2 sets of the contract and get the signature of the president.
Send the original to the customer and get the signature.
